The relevant legal bases are taking steps at your request before a contract, performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations and legitimate business interests. Katachi Studio does not use personal data for automated decision-making or profiling.
Only for as long as needed.
- Unsuccessful enquiries are normally deleted within two years after the last meaningful contact.

- Invoices and the related accounting records are retained for seven years in accordance with Dutch tax-retention obligations.
- Project files are reviewed periodically and deleted or anonymised when they are no longer reasonably needed.
Data may be retained longer when required by law, an active dispute or a written agreement with the client.
Who may receive data?
Katachi Studio does not sell personal data. Data may be processed by carefully selected providers needed to operate the business, such as email, cloud storage, invoicing, website hosting and professional advisers. These parties receive only what is necessary for their task and are required to protect it.
Some technology providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where applicable, Katachi Studio relies on a legally recognised transfer mechanism or other appropriate safeguards.
The website currently links to Instagram and uses Google Fonts. Visiting or using those third-party services is also subject to their own privacy terms.
