No. It is a one-time launch offer exclusively for Katachi Studio’s first three confirmed, paying clients. After those three places have been secured, the Founding Client rates end automatically and the standard starting prices apply. A place is confirmed only after signing the agreement and paying the 50% deposit.
Which package is right for me?+
Katachi Start is designed for new businesses that need a professional visual foundation. Katachi Identity is for brands that need deeper strategy and a complete visual world. Katachi Digital combines the full identity process with a custom Wix website of up to five pages.
Can I hire you for only a logo?+
The core packages focus on a complete and usable identity rather than an isolated logo. If you need a smaller deliverable or already have part of your identity, send an enquiry. I’ll review what exists and let you know whether a tailored scope makes sense.
How does payment work?+
A 50% deposit confirms the project and secures your place in the schedule. The remaining 50% is due before the final files or completed website are delivered. Work begins after the proposal, agreement and first payment have been completed.
Are the prices inclusive of VAT?+
No. All listed starting prices exclude VAT. Your proposal will show the full project fee, applicable VAT and any approved additional costs before the project begins.
How many revisions are included?+
Katachi Start includes two revision rounds. Katachi Identity includes three. Katachi Digital includes three identity rounds and two website revision rounds. Additional revisions or work outside the agreed scope are charged separately after approval.
How long will my project take?+
Katachi Start usually takes 2–3 weeks, Katachi Identity 4–5 weeks and Katachi Digital 6–8 weeks. Timelines depend on the agreed scope and timely feedback. Your exact start date is confirmed after our introduction and an availability check.
What do I need to provide?+
You’ll complete a brand questionnaire and share relevant business information, goals, preferences and existing materials. During the project, you’ll need to provide clear feedback and approve each stage on time. For websites, you remain responsible for accurate business information, final legal texts and any content not included in the agreed scope.
What files will I receive?+
Branding packages include the agreed logo variations and brand assets in suitable formats such as PNG, JPG, PDF and SVG, plus the brand guide included in your package. Editable Canva templates are included only where stated in the selected package or proposal.
Do you only build websites in Wix?+
Yes. The Katachi Digital package currently includes a custom Wix website of up to five pages, optimized for desktop, tablet and mobile. Basic on-page SEO, a contact or enquiry form, domain connection and a handover session are included.
Are domain, hosting and paid tools included?+
No. Wix hosting, domains, paid applications, premium fonts, stock imagery and external licenses are separate costs paid by the client. Full copywriting and legal documents are also excluded unless they are added to the proposal.
Can we work together remotely?+
Yes. Katachi Studio is based in the Netherlands and works remotely with clients in Dutch or English. Meetings, presentations and feedback can all take place online.
Are the portfolio projects real client projects?+
The current featured projects are self-initiated fictional concepts created by Katachi Studio to demonstrate strategy, identity development and real-world brand applications. Each case is clearly labelled as a portfolio concept.

I’m Youssra Aznag, founder and creative director of Katachi Studio.
With a background in Marketing & Communication and experience in concept development, I naturally look beyond how a brand appears. I want to understand what it should communicate, who it needs to connect with and how every visual decision supports that purpose.
Katachi Studio grew from my love for turning loose ideas into complete visual worlds. I’m drawn to the moment when something that only existed in someone’s mind begins to feel clear, tangible and real.
My approach combines feeling with strategy. I listen closely to the person behind the business, uncover what makes their idea distinctive and translate that into an identity with character. An identity that feels considered and beautiful, while remaining practical enough to grow with the brand.
The name Katachi means form or shape in Japanese. It reflects both my creative inspiration and the way I work: giving structure to ideas without taking away the personality, emotion or meaning that made them special in the first place.
